Antarctic Wonders Lure Cruise Tourists

The Antarctic and Southern Ocean Coalition is hoping that signatory nations to the Antarctic Treaty, which sets regulations for how nations operate in the region, will impose new controls on the local tourism industry.
"Do we want a Disneyland down there, or do we want to have some rational approach to managing the beautiful wilderness area, habitat area, that is the Antarctic?" asked Jim Barnes, executive director of the coalition.
